Beyoncé joined husband Jay-Z at the after-party for his United Way Carnegie Hall charity concert. Beyoncé made her first public appearance since giving birth to Baby Blue Ivy Carter on Feb. 7, 2012! Less than one month after giving birth in Support of Jay-Z and friends, as well as the United Way of New York City /The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. Beyonce looked radiant, noticeably curvier in a figure hugging red dress by Temperly, jewellery by Lorraine Schwartz, Gold clutch by Alexander McQueen, embroidered shoes by Christian Louboutin complete with royal blue manicure paying to tribute to newborn Ivy Blue Carter.
