Rihanna has concluded recording her 7th studio album and has released edgy cover art for lead single “Diamonds.” The ganja/sensimilla inspired cover art features a close up image of the Roc Nation Superstar’s instantly recognisable tattooed hands, rolling papers and small cubic zirconia, blood diamonds about to be rolled into an expensive blunt – the original image was photographed by Rihanna’s close friend Melissa Ford. The official release date for Diamonds is confirmed as Thursday 27th September, worldwide via itunes.
