Nike Air Max Reinvent: 25 Years Exhibition

Seems like everyone’s wearing the Nike Air Max nowadays, and you can’t deny the fact they do have a classic appeal. Hard to believe they were invented 25 years ago.

Because Nike love to get involved in art, they’ve commissioned five artists interpret the Nike Air Max in their own unique way for an exhibition in Hoxton beginning next Friday. The exhibition includes work from Matt Box, Brunno Drummond + Gemma Tickle, Rosy Nicholas, Oscar Bolton Green and Sam Coldy.

Open till the 27th of April at the Little Black Gallery on Leonard Street in Shoreditch, this exhibition of dogs in cars promises to be intriguing. According to the press release it explores the relationship between humans and dogs(oh really?) but never the less it’s a well executed project from what we can tell.
