What happens when Beyonce Knowles Carter headlines Rock In Rio Music Festival? Not only does King B give the crowd performances of some of her biggest and best career defining hits, she gets inspired by her audience and incorporates some local flavour into her international renowned world tour set. Beyonce pleased the audience at RocK In Rio by dancing to Ah Lelek Lek – the little known smash hit which was once a known hit within the borders of its native country Brazil and has now received added publicity in association with B. Wednesday Night saw MTV Staying Alive Foundation collaborate with Bjorn Borg to launch their “Get It on.” collection. The undisputed hottest party in town took place at London’s iconic Old Trueman Brewery in the heart of East London’s Brick Lane. Hosted by MTV’s Becca Dudley, The event featured a runway show, epic floor filling DJ sets from Jodie Harsh and Laura Whitemore, non stop champagne, cocktails and gourmet hotdog canapes. The after party commenced with entertainment provided by Sugababes who played a four track set. The exclusive event was attended by Saturday Vanessa White, A*M*E, Boyband Lawson, Stooshie, reality television personalities Caggie Dunlop (Made In Chelsea) and Lydia Bright (Only Way Is Essex) and Celebrity Stylist/Author of Diary Of A Clothes Horse – Leroy Dawkins.

Having set East London’s streets and rooftops alight already this summer, Hush Puppies – the creator of the original casual shoe – are back for the last in their series of popular Dog Days parties. The crowds are once again set to flock to one of Hoxton’s hottest outdoor spots for a final dose of revelry to send out the summer in style.
From 1pm-7pm on Saturday 14th September, guests will be invited to kick back at Hoxton Square to partake in an afternoon of dancing and celebrations. And once again Hush Puppies will be bringing the perfect ingredients for the ultimate summer party, including a little taste of their Americana roots!
Acclaimed ‘nu-disco’ king, Mighty Mouse, will be on the decks fixing up an energetic electro soundtrack to proceedings. Expect a refreshing disco spin on some dance classics! Mother Clucker, the finest Southern Fried fast foodies around, will be on hand serving up their notorious chicken baskets, including their legendary buttermilk biscuits. For that extra bit of indulgence the classic Hush Puppies corn snacks will also be in tow.
Once again, guests are invited to BYOB (bring your own booze), get involved in some Ping-Pong and a simply bask in the remaining Dog Days of summer.
