For their latest installment, Major Lazer has teamed up with Palladium Boots to create the visuals for Sweat featuring Laidback Luke and Miss Dynamite. Continuing with the same colourful style as their previous videos this has quite a twisted tribal feel, with the neon paint giving it a distinctly 90’s esthetic.
Palladium generously donated the boots from their Autumn-Winter 2013 collection for the L.A. based dance crew The Underground Street Chronicles to wear in the video. Including the Pallabrouse Baggy and four variations of the waterproof Pampa Sport Cuff WP2.
If you love this video you can thank director Ryan Staake. Ryan also directed the video for Diplo’s track “Set it Off,” which features a surreal montage of pole dancers. For more of his quirky videos, check out his website here.
With all that paint flying around they must have had quite a cleanup in the studio afterwards. I wonder if any of those neon paint covered Palladium have found their way on Ebay.

Performances on the night included Save The Children’s Ambassador voice of an Angel – Choirboy Jack Topping who performed numerous Christmas carols. Professional skaters dressed in festive Christmas inspired outfits as they took to the ice putting on an awe inspiring and captivating show as well as numerous skaters falling on the ice.
Fashion films are a relatively new phenomenon which has popped up in recent years, with fashion photographers exercising their latent desires to be film makers and taking advantage of the widespread availability of HD filming equipment.
Hunter are no stranger to pioneering new mediums, apparently they’ve been making rubber boots as far back as 1856. And have released ‘Everyday Pioneers’ to showcase their Autumn / Winter 2013 collection. Set against the dramatic landscape of Glencoe, Scotland, the film stars actors James Cosmo (whom you mat have seen waving a sword around in Game of Thrones and Braveheart), Steven Cree ( from Brave, Macbeth and The Knot) and just for fun the directors have cast Jenna Roberts (Select Model Management) as a maiden in who appears in red boots and batty riders towards the end.
Check out the film below if you like fashion films and boots.

2) Bobble hats, although not for everyone bobble hats are definitely in, available in a variety of colours for as little as £10 from ASOS and Urban Outfitters. Bobble hats are playful, casual, cost effective , fun and stylish when worn by right guy.
3)Suade/ Nubuck/leather boots are a welcome edition to any wardrobe during the cold winter. Available in a variety of colours we suggest selecting colour ways which are subtle and versatile, safe colours are all black, brown, caramel, wheat and rust. Whether you select a more casual timberland boot with loose laces paired with straight fit jeans, or smarter more gothic style of washed leather boot from All Saints, invest in a pair which will match a smart look, and a pair which will suit a casual look based on the dress code best suited to the establishments that you visit the most.
4) Flannel/Woollen shirts, look good on a majority of men, are fashionable and functional autumn/winter, can be worn buttoned up, or unbuttoned , can be used whilst layering or with a white t shirt.
5)Smart Shoes are more or less essential, pick a pair of versatile shoes which are either sophisticated and timeless, or contemporary and feature as part of a shoe collection. Invest in shoes and be selective, do feel free to over think your decision because a good pair of shoes should last a life time if treated well. Reach a conclusion which you are pleased with, and feel free to compare and contrast before purchasing as a variety of our favourite shoe makers do not offer a full refund, be decisive and purchase as if you are constructing your own cohesive iconic look, which you can build on by buying new outfits as well as incorporating items you already own.
