Diesel has recruited their first artistic director in the stylist, fashion director Nicola Formichetti. After announcing his departure from French fashion house Thierry Mugler earlier this week. The eccentric Nicola has been chosen by the brand’s founder Renzo Rosso to oversee the denim company’s international development. Since Diesel made that excellent move of investing in Africa, they are heading in the right direction and congratulations for the new one in the family. Here is what’s Diesel chief Renzo Rosso said :
“I want him to do bigger things, different things. This is the right man to take the next step for a young company and a brand for people who are young of mind,” . “I finally met somebody as crazy as I am. I have replaced myself and can go on vacation.”
