Following the creation of his own False Idols imprint and last year’s album of the same name, Tricky returns in the fall of 2014 with a new studio project that shares the name he was given at birth: Adrian Thaws. “Calling it Adrian Thaws is saying you don’t really know me,” says Tricky of his 11th album. “So many times people have tried to put a finger on me and every album I go to a different place.”

Having collaborated with Billionaire Boys Club over the last few seasons this marks Navy’s fourth lookbook for the brand, which was shot in London. He explains, “We brought together some of London’s youth who are really on the streets, wearing Billionaire Boys Club. We street casted every model so it felt like they walked onto set wearing their own clothes.”
The collection demonstrates influences from classic Miami pastel palettes, hickory workwear stripes on seersucker fabrics and Japanese newspaper prints created by SK8THING. The collection also presents the classic crashed sports car archive print on vests and shorts.
Navy says of the simplistic aesthetic of the campaign, “In this collection there are a lot of bright colours, so I wanted to strip back my usual style of location shooting and just focus solely on the models and clothes.”
