Dudebox launch

Last night we went down to the launch of the new collaborative art platform ‘Dudebox’ at Village Underdground in Shoreditch. The night was in collaboration with the art collective Monorex, who are best know for their live art battle events ‘SecretWars,’ and featured designs by Conzo, Hicks, Dust, Mr Gauky, Pete Fowler and Alfa.

There was hundreds of customized toys, sick music, a live art battle mojitos, hotdogs, sushi and blank Dudebox posters for people to draw on…. pretty much ticked all the boxes.

Streetfest 2012 Recap

Last Sunday we went down to Streetfest 2012. If you haven’t heard of Streetfest it’s a yearly street-culture festival held every year in Hearn Street carpark in Shoreditch. Throughout the day there was live street art, dance, skateboarding, bmxing, spoken word and music, but it was into the evening when the real party started. If this is your cup of tea get your butt down there next year!

Converse Block Party Recap

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Converse Block party in London’s Old Vic Tunnels. It was a huge indoor street culture featuring the best of UK talent, including the likes of P Money, Clement Marfo and the Frontline and Lady Leshur. There was food, skateboarding and a soundsystem so powerful our ears are still ringing.

Nike Hyperfuse: ‘What the Max’

This summer Nike are launching a brand new line of Air Max’s, featuring The Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, Nike Air Max 95 Hyperfuse and Nike Air Max 2012 Hyperfuse. It shouldn’t be hard to spot someone in a pair of these that’s for sure. When our friends at Nike sent these preview pics over we fell in love instantly:

Sandqvist x Denim Demon launch

Last week we went down to the Sandqvist x Denim Demon launch to look at the latest collaboration to hit the streets of hipster-land. As you can see Sandqvist have used their distinctive style to create some pretty funky Denim bags. There were drinks aplenty as well as the best hotdogs we’ve ever had… I think the Gherkin Relish did it! (Big Up Gianno Parris for the Photos)

Casio Concept Store Launch Recap

Last week we went down to the launch for Casio’s brand new concept store on Covent Garden Square. This is a more permanent version of the pop up store on Neal Street which opened last year. It features a huge range of G-Shock watches, a high tech collaboration with Edifice, a watch with titanium casing the list is endless. It’s worth just dropping in to look at the awesome projection displays, which look like they’ve been lifted off the bridge of the Star-ship Enterprise. If you’re into your Casio get down there and indulge yourself!
