Billionaire Boys Clubs 10th Anniversary In NYC

Pharrell Williams called on some of the most talented and respected musicians, artists, creatives in the industry to celebrate the 10th anniversary of clothing brand Billionaire Boys Club in New York on Tuesday evening, reuniting with Nigo and Toby Feltwell the creative masterminds who collaborated with Williams to help put Billionaire Boys Club on the map worldwide. Invited guests included famed photographer Terry Richardson, noted jewellery designer Lorraine Swartz, Music Mogul Jay Z, force of nature Beyonce and more. Here’s a sneak preview of this week’s illboard mag with Grammy nominated singer and songwriter Janelle Monáe is on the cover of BillBoard magazine pulled out off their instagram page. Her success has garnered her several global appearances and collaborations. Miss Monáe is at work on new music and will release a new album later this year entitled “The Electric Lady”.

Adidas has just announced the return of the classic pair via Instagram for early In January 2014. Originally designed in the 60s for the French tennis player Robert Haillet it really become icon when former World No. 1 American tennis player who won the first year end championship Masters Grand Prix title, two major singles titles in 1971 US Open and Wimbledon in 1972. The German brand K1X introduces the Franchise Series with a trio of the current most popular basketball teams. Their new segment includes Miami, Brooklyn and New York with some snapback hats and all-over printed tank tops. The Miami bring us the sun, the colours with a message from the MVP himself Lebron James “Hi Haters!”. Our favourite The Brooklyn Top is so fresh with a black and white vintage Brooklyn street map all over the top and the under-brim of the cap. As for the last but not to be forgotten the city that never sleeps is considered as the temple basketball and hip hop and K1X irrevocably pays homage to NYC with the top featuring an old-school boombox graphic and the hat simply stating New-York.
