Solange Knowlwes usually rocks festival stages, however recently Solange headlined an intimate gig at a laundrette as part of vitaminwater collaboration with The FADER’s #uncapped series. New York’s Atlantis Super Wash Center in Brooklyn became a neon-lit venue complete with pop up stage as the “TONY.” singer performed a set which included cuts lifted from the EP True as well as a few of tracks lifted from her soulful back catalogue and included a fitting cover of Nivea’s Laundromat thrown in for good measure.
