Last night Melanie Fiona stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! and graced the audience and television viewers with a performance of her hit single “4 AM” and “This Time” off her sophomore album The MF Life set to hit stores on March 20th. Coldplay, who opened the event with an explosive, pyrotechnic-laden run through “Mylo Xyloto” track “Charlie Brown,” won best British group, as voted by listeners of the U.K.’s most popular radio station, BBC Radio 2. Collecting the award, drummer Will Champion said “We have to say a very special thank you to all the discerningly, beautiful, intelligent, clever Radio 2 listeners.”
“We’re so happy to get this award and we thank everybody who is still listening to us,” added singer Chris Martin.
JAY Z and Kanye West are taking their critically acclaimed “Watch The Throne” tour overseas. The European leg of The Throne’s tour kicks off May 20th at the O2 Arena in London and ends on June 13th. Ticket pre-sale begins Thursday, Friday 23rd and general public tickets will go sale on Friday, February 24th via LiveNation.
