Odd Future on BBC Newsnight
It seems that the Journalist/Host here were dealing with Odd Future in a way that is based on theoretical considerations as if they were outrageous by the way these young kids handle themselves. While being face to face with the crew it seems like he treated them with an apparent kindness betrayed by feeling of superiority but Tyler put him straight back at his place by just defending his integrity in his very own way which is the quality of being honest and having strong uprightness. The video is a continuation (or prequel?) to their last video, Rella. Odd Future’s Tyler, The Creator & Hodgy Beats have released their video for NY (Ned Flander) off the group’s upcoming collective album The OF Tape, Vol. 2 (Out March 20th.)
Introducing the Freshjive Holiday 2011 collection featuring Left Brain and Hodgy Beats from Mellowhype. Influenced by the dirty rotten filthy streets of downtown’s Skid Row, the collection was photographed in the dirty rotten filthy alley behind the Freshjive factory. The Mellowhype boys reign in full effect, along with a cast of background characters (a wheelchair handicapped homeless man, his girl, and streetwalker Nene) ending with a bad bad bitch gettin’ bagged and sagged (and maybe even shagged) right on out of frame. The photoshoot was carefully planned out in order to combine photographs to create one long Panoramic image (see the Freshjive tumblr for behind the scenes images, along with the preview video) and can be seen on our holiday collections page (detailed images of the styles can be seen here). The Items include a wool bomber, winterknit sweaters, sweaterknit pants, heavyweight chino pants, custom knitted sweatshirts, fleece blazers, and a handful of T-shirts.
