After a successful show at Art Basel in Miami, Reebok Classics teamed up again with photographer / director Jonathan Mannion to take his “CLASSIC” exhibition to Los Angeles during Grammy week. Another 17 images were carefully selected to add some west coast flavor, a female dimension and an R&B presence to the show. The expansion yielded a total of 52 prints on display. Continuing his collaborative series with artists, Mannion showcased the visual contributions from Nipsey Hustle, Pharrell, DJ Quik and Big Daddy Kane on their respective images.
Last night Melanie Fiona stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! and graced the audience and television viewers with a performance of her hit single “4 AM” and “This Time” off her sophomore album The MF Life set to hit stores on March 20th. Check out Kanye West’s protege Big Sean performing Celebrity from his debut album Finally Famous. Uploaded on November 22nd 2011 as a private video and previously not available to view in our territory, the live performance was recorded for Vevo’s series of Go Shows. The short clip is narrated by Detroit rapper Big Sean himself as the visuals document the before during and after of the performance which appeared to spontaneously take place on The Hollywood Walk Of Fame.
