Jennifer Hudson calls the shots in the video for the first single from the soundtrack to Think Like a Man featuring Ne-Yo and Rick Ross. “The concept is derived from the film and the thought process is that women need to always act like a lady and be a woman, but think like a man, take up for yourself and be strong,” explained director Chris Robinson. J-Hudson praised her male co-stars : “Ne-Yo has got to be the greatest songwriter of our generation,” she said, “and Rick Ross has everything—the street, that swag, he can kinda give you Biggie.”

Santigold confirms today that her and recently liberated OFWGKTA member Earl Sweatshirt are working on a new track together, after exchanging several tweets last week on twitter. Santigold spoke with Pitchfork stating “It sounds like a fun collab! If it turns out dope, you’ll hear it!,”. No word on whether it’ll make the cut on the singers upcoming LP Master of My Make-Believe, but Santigold is in good company in terms of who Earl is looking to work with, including the likes of Madlib, DOOM, Flying Lotus and Kanye West. Santigold’s Master of My Make-Believe is available in stores from May 1.
