Glastonbury Highlights – Extended Aloe Blacc

Aloe Black was the first of the must see acts that drew our attention to the West Holts stage on our clash finder during our Glastonbury 2011 pilgramage. One of three stand out performances to grace the West Holts stage that night that would easily be worthy of pyramid stage status.

The international superstar, provided the international hit theme song for “How To Make It in America.” Hailing from Orange County Aloe Blacc’s soulful voice, charismatic performance and unique brand of Cali swag have pushed forward the release of the new album recession aware album “Good Things.”

Aloe Black blew up this side of the Atlantic following an appearance on Later with Jools Holland which coincided with the release of I Need A Dollar, which was a chart smash across Europe. Another outstanding performer debuting at Glastonbury festival raising the bar and setting the tone for how an international male soul singer aught to perform live exuding the generous spirit of Glastonbury festival.
