Actor, Comedian and Singer Eddie Murphy was rumoured to have been approached by Oscars producer Brett Ratner who put Eddie Murphy forward as the only candidate for the host role for 84th Oscar. Earlier this week the Guardian confirmed that Eddie Murphy know for his iconic acting roles in an unforgettable career defining spectrum of movies including Beverly Hills Cop, Boomerang, Coming to America, The Nutty Professor, Shrek, Dream Girls, Norbit? and more, will be bringing his spontaneity, charm and unique brand of comedy to the 84th annual Oscar Academy awards which will take place at the Kodak theatre in LA on 26 February 2012.
