A in depth self help programme, where Evelyn Lozada star of Basketball Wives attempts to change her bad girl/bully amongst women association. Evelyn is confronted with the truth and her reality of how other people perceive her is relayed to her by inspirational speaker, author and spiritual teacher Iyanla Vazant who also shares her experience and knowledge. The television special was filmed in two phases, part one of the television special was filmed days after the high profile wedding of Evelyn to Basketball Player Chad Ochocinco Johnson. Part two was filmed days after Evelyn filed divorce papers following a police report was filed against Chad Johnson based on allegations of domestic violence, this specific incident detailed Ms Lozada was head butted by her husband after she confronted him about finding a receipt for condoms in a grocery bag, the altercation resulted in Evelyn needing stitches in her head. Now that the divorce is final Evelyn is challenged by Iyanla to dig deep, to reveal the truth, to address issues from her past in an attempt to gain closure and move forward.
