Rapper Chinx from Queens, NY was killed on Sunday morning in a drive by shooting. China was signed to French Montana’s Coke Boys record label and was working on his debut album the follow up to his “Cocaine Riot.” series of mixtapes. Rap-Up.com reported “The 31-year-old, born Lionel Pickens, was with a friend in a silver Porsche when gunfire erupted around 4 a.m. in Queens.”
“A car pulled up alongside them and opened fire before speeding off. Bullets pierced the glass and struck Chinx multiple times in the torso.He was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he died. His friend, Antar Aldiadi, 27, suffered two bullet wounds to the back and is currently in critical condition.” Our condolences go out to Chinx and his family, RIP gone too soon, Coke Boys and the family of Antar Aldiadi whilst he is critical condition. Numerous celebrities shared messages via social media reacting to the news of the death of Chinx.
