Singer/Actor Justin Timberlake played his first live performance the night before Super Bowl XLVII. Justin Timberlake returned to the stage for his first performance in over four years performing at Super Saturday Night in New Orleans. The dapper “Suit and Tie.” Singer wore a black tux and entertained with a set that included signature hits lifted from albums Justified and Future Sex Love Sound. The hour long show also included the first ever live performance of Suit and Tie featuring Jay Z who joined Justin on stage and helped get the crowd moving. Justin Timberlake is scheduled to perform at the Grammy’s on the 10th February and is expected to releases his third studio album “The 20/20 experience.” in Spring/Summer 2013. Originally scheduled to be released on Grammy evening the Mike Zombie produced track has been released ahead of schedule. If “Started From The Bottom,” is any indication of the direction of Drake’s new album then album three could be one of the best albums of the year. Beyonce – Countdown To Touch Down
Following the lip-syncing controversy at President Obama’s inauguration, Beyoncé silenced her critics by singing live during Thursday’s Super Bowl press conference. Beyonce Knowles Carter took centre stage stage in a white dress and before even answering a question, she asked if everyone could please stand, once everyone had fell silent the US flag known as the star spangled banner appeared on a huge digital display in the background. The sixteen time Grammy award winning powerhouse/international superstar known to many simply as Beyonce performed a rousing live rendition of the national US anthem.
