Adidas Spezial Exhibition
In late February this year Moko, a 21 year old singer from London, burst onto the scene with her debut video ‘Summon the Strength.’

Paradoxically, you might say, she’s been going from strength to strength. Having performed her first show in early April, she now has two videos out and has been confirmed to play Glastonbury and Brainwave festivals later this year.
The new video ‘Hand on Heart’ is a surreal Luis Bunel style montage of Moko doing her idiosyncratic dance in a Caribbean Barbers.

Her music has an unmistakable 90’s feel, with striking vocals that echo Shara Nelson and Skin from Skunk Anansie set against Massive attack meets Major Lazor backing track. We love what we’ve heard so far and are eagerly looking looking forward to seeing how the music develops.
To see Moko live catch her at the second headline show at Electrowerkz on the 4th of July. Tickets can be purchased for FREE here.

Seems like everyone’s wearing the Nike Air Max nowadays, and you can’t deny the fact they do have a classic appeal. Hard to believe they were invented 25 years ago.
Because Nike love to get involved in art, they’ve commissioned five artists interpret the Nike Air Max in their own unique way for an exhibition in Hoxton beginning next Friday. The exhibition includes work from Matt Box, Brunno Drummond + Gemma Tickle, Rosy Nicholas, Oscar Bolton Green and Sam Coldy.
Nike have also produced this video to promote the exhibition:

Open till the 27th of April at the Little Black Gallery on Leonard Street in Shoreditch, this exhibition of dogs in cars promises to be intriguing. According to the press release it explores the relationship between humans and dogs(oh really?) but never the less it’s a well executed project from what we can tell. And should be well worth a visit.
