In the Spring/Summer 2011 Dr. Martens began a marketing campaign in which the fan’s of Dr. Martens were asked to submit accounts of their first experiences associated with the brands footwear. Following on from one fans submission Dr. Martens via Twitter during which #FirstandForever became a trending topic a treatment was created which focused on a young couples new love when they first met both wearing Dr. Martens. this was then developed into a short film featuring Agyness Deyn and Ash Symest as the couple in love roaming exploring a seaside town.
