Nicki Minaj visits Good Morning America to discuss her feud with Taylor Swift, addressing the social media comments made regarding MTV VMA nominations not including one of Nicki’s biggest, most celebrated songs and visuals to date in the form of Jake Nava directed “Anaconda.” Nicki was disappointed with the lack of video of the year nomination for a single which was duplicated with slim models on vogue.com and certified as breaking Vevo’s most viewed video record. “I think that we just have to have both images for girls,” she said. “We can’t have only one type of body being glorified in the media because it just makes girls even more insecure than we already are.” Nicki also discussed perfumes, acting and even managed to perform two tracks lifted off current album “The Pink Print.” and one track lifted off previous album project “Pink Friday.” Watch Nicki’s short interview and performance in New Yorks iconic Central Park in full below.

The atmosphere was pleasant over at BET during the 106& Park show, as the audience embraced Lil Kim one of the most celebrated female MC’s Lil’ Kim who made a special appearance on Friday’s show filmed in New York City, in order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Notorious B.I.G.’s death. Christopher Wallace protégée Lil Kim spoke about her new single “If You Love Me,” upcoming album, the Notorious movie, thanked her loyal fans and participated as a judge during the “Freestyle Friday” feature. However things soon turned sour towards the end of the show when co host Rocsi Diaz attempted to encourage Lil Kim to talk about the current situation of her ongoing rivalry with Nicki Minaj one which Rosci dared to described in Kim’s presence as an “elephant in the room.” Check out what happened next in the footage below.
