Young Money rapper Drake revealed the OVO Air Jordan 10 Ahead of OVO Fest this weekend. Created in collaboration with Jordan Brand, the trainers feature a white, ivory and metallic gold colorway with a clear gum sole with additional subtle gold flecks accents and the OVO and Jordan Brand logos. They come packaged in a crisp white box in sync with the overall trainer aesthetic with additional complimentary gold logos inclusive of a never before seen gold jump man logo. When kendrick dropped King Kunta he included a controversial verse “I can dig rapping, but a rapper with a ghostwriter? / What the fuck happened? / (Oh no) I swore I wouldn’t tell / But most of y’all sharing bars like you got the bottom bunk in a two-man cell,” shots were most definitely fired but the true identity of the inspiration for the verse remained hidden as many artists employ the assistance of writers when creating new material who are usually credited on the finished product. On Wednesday rapper Meek Mill jumped on twitter to expose Drake who appears on Mill’s current album on a track titled R.I.C.O, although the true origin of Meek’s rage remains unknown , in the barrage of tweets the name “Quentin Miller.” was thrown into the mix, later reinforced by Funk Flex, who used social media to leak the Ghostwriter reference in a messy instagram post. Drake releases the video for “Energy.” the first visual to be released in support of the single lifted of Drake’s mixtape project “If Your Reading This It’s Too Late.” which Drake revealed to Zane Lowe in a recent interview on Beats 1 radio that the visual was inspired by Michael Jacksons’ “Black or White.” visual as well as the concept that everybody has enemies a theme echoed in the songs chrous, watch the full video via apple music below.
