Stussy has teamed up with London-based Champ Magazine for a Stussy International Tribe photo shoot directed by Art/Director Matthew Williams. This special spread features Stephane Ashpool which is the founder of boutique Pigalle, and co-founder of Pain O choKolat crew. Well we know very well Matthew Williams by his work ethic who has worked with the likes of Kanye West, A$AP Rocky for some great pieces of Art. And Monster like Lady Gaga/Haus of Gaga and currently works for Nick Knight’s SHOWstudio (London). Charaf Tajer the founder and owner of club Le Pompon (Paris) and is also part of the Pain O choKolat crew. Tom Guinness the British stylist and Fashion Director of French fashion magazine, L’Officiel Hommes.Things Like that are important for the culture and pushes us forward like a pack, Collaboration always brings the best out of everyone and that’s why we Like it a Lot this spread between two of established Fashion/Cultural Icons. Massive Props to the High Snobs
Stussy has released a variety of snapback caps coinciding with the style of a variety T Shirt’s which appear in the Spring/Summer 2012 collection, each cap echos Spring/Summer inspired colours. The Stussy Tribe element continues to feature heavily and caps include trademark signature logos, styling and subtle marks of authenticity complementing ones entire swag.
STUSSY X ED BANGER *Cool Cats* RECORDS
Dedicated to the second weekend in Coachella 2012, Stussy and Ed Banger Records released a fantastic line called “Cool Cats” Capsule Collection. The collection, in fact, includes: t-shirts, tank tops, crew neck sweater, with drawings, prints and graphics created by artist and Ed Banger art director So-Me. The collection is out today, April 18, 2012, at the Stussy store in Los Angeles.

Original Stussy International Tribe member Alex “Baby” Turnbull rocks the Stussy Deluxe Spring 2012 collection for the one man lookbook. In the video below Alex Baby talks about how Tribe members had to travel to New York to obtain pieces of clothing as well as the appeal of the brand before and after Stussy blew up.

The new season drops alongside the already available Stussy x Parra t-shirts and features fresh gear in all mens categories such as tees, shirts, jackets, shorts, hats, accessories and sunglasses. Stay tuned for the Stussy Womens collection dropping soon and another guest artist tee series by David Shrigley. Stussy Deluxe will also release a new collection in early March.

To get into the spirit of Halloween, Stussy teamed up with legendary Creepy magazine for a series of Tee shirts and hats, using original art pulled from the archives of Creepy. Creepy was a hugely popular American horror-comic magazine launched by Warren Publishing in 1964. It was a black-and-white newsstand publication featuring art by some of the most influential comic book artists of all time, including Frank Frazetta, Steve Ditko, Neal Adams, and John Severin. Creepy Magazine has been cited by many of the old school graffiti legends and illustrators from skateboarding industry as a major influence on them when they were growing up. Stussy caught up with current Creepy Magazine owner Dan Braun in New York to hear about this historical publication.

In support of the Tokyo exhibition of Iconic Hip-Hop photographer Jonathan Mannion, Stussy and Lafayette Joined forces for a series of photo print tees featuring Big Hip Hop of the Past Decades , including Rakim, the Notorious BIG, 50 Cent, Jay-Z and Slick Rick. The announced released is set on September 17th, 2011. Hopefully there will more Iconic Artists…
