Lana Del Rey might has been a bit murky one to some of you but with this upcoming video Miss Del Rey might establish herself with this upcoming visual where she enlisted A$AP Rocky to play JFK to her Jackie O in the new video for Born to Die “National Anthem”. This is a four minutes long, repeating the same images over and over again in a video directed by Anthony Mandler.
If the video for “Blue Jeans” picks up where the one for “Born to Die” left off, Lana Del Rey’s heavily tattooed beau has resuscitated her, cleaned her up, and filed an insurance claim for the incinerated vehicle we were left with. Perhaps to alleviate the stress of such an ordeal, Mr. and Mrs. Del Rey find themselves at a ranch house with a swimming pool with a few regionally inappropriate reptiles thrown in for good measure. The maligned singer is very much moving ahead with her music career. The artist has released the official video for “Blue Jeans,” the second single off her debut album, “Born to Die,” which is available in stores and on iTunes now.
This week the BRIT Award spoke to 2011 Critics’ Choice winner and 2012 nominee Jessie J live on Twitter. The UK star has had a massive year since her win at the 2011 BRIT Awards with MasterCard, and they wanted to check in with the “Domino” chart-topper ahead of this year’s BRITs.
Funny enough they gathered questions from followers on Twitter and added a few of their own and sat Jessie down for a half hour live chat.
