Just recently France’s national football team qualified for the Brasil World Cup next year and to celebrate that Nike unveiled France’s Football Kit which fabric detail was inspired by Nîmes, a southern French city, the birthplace of modern denim. The crest inspired by the 1958 design is embroidered just above the heart giving an extra meaning to the jersey. The French National Team kit will be available at Nike stores December 5.
Nike presents it’s “Liquid Metal” pack which draws inspiration from precious metals lifted from the Periodic Table, features two reflective metallic inspired colour ways available in both Air Max 1 and Dunk Sky Hi SP. The two colour ways come complete with chemical element details added on the tongue of the sneaker (Au – Silver Ag – Gold). Look for the “Liquid Metal” pack which will be available from select Nike retailers in the coming weeks. First cited on Victoria Beckham’s official twitter page.

On the 4th July 2013 Nike Sportswear released three new pairs of the Air Max 90 Hyperfuse, each pair consisted of a solid single colour way drawing inspiration from the colours which make up the American flag. Each bold colourway sports a durable, breathable Hyperfuse upper to help keep you cool whilst working out. The tongue features a stylised nike interpretation of the American flag. One of my personal favourite releaes of the Summer as the colour palette choices something for everyone – minimalist in design this pack included a loud eye catching solar red, a understated porcelain white and a ghetto navy blue. The Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Pack dropped Saturday, June 29 and are now sold out – due to a little know rapper/producer who was photographed on separate occasions rocking each colour way. You may be able to find these on ebay marked up from the original $120 per pair price. Check out the full Nike Air Max 90 Hyperfuse Pack in images below.

“Nike drops another collection containing a comprehensive range of Air Maxes based on the use of camouflage this season. To add a level of realism to the kicks, Nike are releasing country-specific camo patterns which sees prints from Germany, France, Italy, Japan and the United Kingdom featured all over the upper. A United States/French camo hybrid can be seen on the Air Max 1 and Air Max BW, the Air Max 90, meanwhile the 97s are seen in an Italian camo from the early ’90s. The German print is applied on the Air Max 1 and Air Max 180 whereas both Japanese and British patterns are applied to the Air Max 90 and Air Max 95. Expect to see the release of the Air Max 1 and BW in French camo and the Air Max 90, Air Max 97 in the Italian camo from July 3rd in Berlin.”

“10.Deep continues the theme of the proverbial “paradise” – originally kicked off with its Spring 2013 collection – by way of a new “Paradise Lost” lookbook for the Summer 2013 season. Bold and colorful prints and patterns once again reign supreme as the Brooklyn-based label highlights everything from lush florals to unique tribal motifs. Furthermore, traditional camouflage patterns have been re-worked to feature hues of red and blue, thus distancing them from their military origins in favor of a summer-appropriate aesthetic. Much of 10.Deep’s latest summer collection is now available via the label’s online store.”

Imagine a post apocalyptic world, set in the near future in which only hustlers survive after all children under the age of eighteen and majority of the worlds population have been wiped out by a deadly virus, the city is no longer safe, leaving tribes of adults to survive in a derelict urban environment and forcing groups tribes into the rural country side. The mise en scene for the photoshoot a hazardous abandoned car factory, and the beautiful and tranquil forests outside of the city: the photoshoot captures the transition from the city to the forest as tribes that only wear colours red, white, blue and black. The tribe lookbook juxtaposes indoors against outdoors, darkness against light, man made against nature.

“The Nike Pre Montreal Racer will see a VNTG treatment aligning perfectly with the antiquated runner style of shoe. Here we see two colorways in blue/red, green/yellow and black. Constructed out of suede and nylon this American sportswear giant has mastered the art of sneaker by perfectly balancing innovation, design, with the best endorsements money can buy. Having mastered the retro runner in our youth, it’s difficult not to name this brand as an all time favourite.”
