Rick Ross European Tour
This collaboration between British footwear legends Clarks and Japanese vintage clothing experts Warehouse & Co. sees the classic desert boot reworked in vintage loom indigo denim. Featuring the original crepe sole, leather piping detail, and an embossed leather insole. Following on previous collaborations by American heritage brand Pendleton and Loopwheeler, Warehouse & Co. continue the colab series perfectly with a premium reworking of one of Clarks’s most popular style.
A little over a year after releasing his “Nostalgia, Ultra” mixtape, which included a creative cover of Coldplay’s “Strawberry Swing,” Frank Ocean will be gallivanting around Europe with the U.K. arena rockers later this summer. The R&B newcomer will join Coldplay (as well as fellow openers Marina & The Diamonds) on 10 dates beginning Aug. 28 in Copenhagen. Swedish pop veteran Robyn, Irish alt-rockers Ash and Roc Nation singer Rita Ora have also been announced as openers for Coldplay’s European tour, which kicks off May 18.

The first Seconds we listened to Michael Kiwanuka music you fell under the charm of a mellow sound, straight away you relate to the lyrics as his music is fascinating. His voice is smooth, his lyrics are beautiful and his music is simple but emotional. Kiwanuka’s soul had a new rootsy-folk direction, drawing influences from John Martyn alongside Pop Staples and Bill Withers and it wasn’t long before his unique voice had attracted the attention of Paul Butler from the Bees, who took him to the Isle of Wight to work on EP Tell Me The Tale. Soon Communion Records had signed the 24 year-old up and Adele had invited the Londoner on her landmark 2011 tour. Laura Marling arrived with the next tour offer, while an unflappable Kiwanuka stole the show among Bjork, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Noel Gallagher on the final Later… with Jools Holland of the series. 2012 is sure to bring many more triumphs.
