Phife Dawg comes back from his fifteen year hiatus with this tribute to the late J Dilla, whose production became ubiquitous in the late 90’s and early 2000’s until his untimely death in 2006.
The video focusses on Phife’s struggle with Diabetes, which many argue lead to the demise of A Tribe Called Quest. More than anything else this video reminds us not just how much we miss J Dilla’s beats, but how we’ve missed Phife Dawg’s lyrics.

In THE EXPENDABLES 3, Barney (Stallone), Christmas (Statham) and the rest of the team come face-to-face with Conrad Stonebanks (Gibson), who years ago co-founded The Expendables with Barney.
