Glastonbury Highlights – Extended: The Chemical Brothers

Glastonbury Highlights – Extended: Tinie Tempah

Tinie Tempah arrived at the Pyramid Stage this time as a headlining act, adding to the milestones of achievement this year for the South London MC. Tinie was invited to perform on the festival’s biggest platform in 2010 with Hip Hop Legend Snoop Dogg in a special rendition of his hit single Pass Out. Tinie Tempah performed a catalogue of hits from his debut album Disc-overy.

Glastonbury Highlights – Extended Cee Lo Green

Cee Lo Green International Pop sensation formally one half of Gnarls Barkley, performed at Glastonbury’s West Holts stage. Glastonbury Highlights – Extended U2

Bono, Larry, Adam and The Edge also know as U2 arrived at Glastonbury’s Pyramid Stage, and rocked. BBC called it the most anticipated headline set in Glastonbury’s 41 year history. U2 the most famous rock band alive performed an array of hits including, Vertigo, Where The Streets Have No Name, One, Beautiful Day and Elevation.

Glastonbury Highlights – Extended Jessie J

The hottest vocal talent to emerge from the UK, South London singer songwriter Jessie J performed a set that included a variety of tracks taken from the album “Who You Are.” with the explosion of hit single do it like a dude and Jessie J’s numerous showcases of amazing vocal range, skilled songwriting ability, unique vocal identity instantly resulted in public interest and demand for her debut album, forcing the record company to release the album early.

Jessie J’s “Who You Are.” without a doubt has the makings of a classic album and as a performer she can put on a world class performance. Despite having a broken leg in plaster Jessie managed to give fans an awesome set from the now famous Other Stage, singing effortlessly with amazing energy, from her thrown.

Glastonbury Highlights – Extended Aloe Blacc

Aloe Black was the first of the must see acts that drew our attention to the West Holts stage on our clash finder during our Glastonbury 2011 pilgramage. One of three stand out performances to grace the West Holts stage that night that would easily be worthy of pyramid stage status.

The international superstar, provided the international hit theme song for “How To Make It in America.” Hailing from Orange County Aloe Blacc’s soulful voice, charismatic performance and unique brand of Cali swag have pushed forward the release of the new album recession aware album “Good Things.”

Aloe Black blew up this side of the Atlantic following an appearance on Later with Jools Holland which coincided with the release of I Need A Dollar, which was a chart smash across Europe. Another outstanding performer debuting at Glastonbury festival raising the bar and setting the tone for how an international male soul singer aught to perform live exuding the generous spirit of Glastonbury festival.

KREAYSHAWN MAKES SPECIAL APPEARANCE AT CLUB NME

The current champion featherweight female MC bringing an unrivalled level of swag MIA Uffie, Kreayshawn is in London and stopped to perform at Club NME Friday 8th July 2011 @ Koko Camden. It was actually refreshing to see an artist appear on the club flyer and actually perform a short set in opposed to turning up for a few pictures and then going back to the hotel.
