Serena Williams graces the cover and appears in New York Magazine’s Fashion Issue, Talks Designing Wedding Dresses and more. The highly anticipated fall fashion issue of the magazine features the reigning Wimbledon champion posing in a form-fitting long black dress by Elizabeth and James available at Bloomingdale’s. The dress features long sleeves, high neck and thigh-high split, and shows off Serena’s stunning figure. Williams accessorized with Leticia Linton earrings and rings by Jennifer Fisher Jewelry and Platt Boutique Jewelry along with her Yorkie Chip. House Of Dereon London Selfridges Runway Show

Back in September 2011 Beyonce and Tina Knowles hosted the most splendid fashion show to celebrate the launch of the UK debut of the House of Dereon collection. I-likeitalot.com attended the main show and after party. The Invitation only event guestlist included Alexandra Burke, Chipmunk, Wretch 32, Labrinth, Paloma Faith, Rachel Stevens, Rosario Dawnson and Rita Ora to name a few. The fashion show was urban and edgy, the setting Selfridges indoor car park converted into a fashion show complete with runway, in the heart of London’s west end. The special guests who had front row seats (reserved) received a Selfridges gift bag containing a candle, Pulse Beyonce’s newest fragrance and a buyers list of items that appear in the show. When the lights went down the fashion show started with a video montage of scenes of natural disasters played on the huge video installation, the destruction looked as if it came out of a Hollywood feature film, Beyonce’s voiceover clarified the inspiration behind the collection, from what I gathered the new collection was based on the theme of natural beauty in a world of adverse weather conditions the collection is coincidently based on the theme of the female Global Nomad. On the runway the collection was stunning, every single model that walked down the runway looked fantastic, the accessories, pattern, prints, colour and styling was bang on trend. David LaChapelle Snaps Nicki Minaj And Ricky Martin For Viva Glam

In this short behind the scenes video, MAC Cosmetics take us behind the scenes of the Viva Glam 2012 advertising campaign photoshot with two specially chosen celebrity ambassadors Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin who were more than willing to make a stand for the cause. The campaign was shot by noted fashion photographer David LaChappelle. All proceeds from VIVA GLAM lip products benefit the fight against HIV/AIDS. Watch the behind the scenes footage below.

Gucci Presents Made To Mesure Featuring James Franco

James Franco stars in a Made to Measure ad campaign especially designed to feature in select magazines this week. The advertising feature titled “All the World’s a Stage,” shot by Nathaniel Goldberg in Rome’s famous movie studio ‘Cinecitta’ is a black and white portfolio. Goldberg photographs Franco in a series of commanding custom suits, capturing portraits that emote a sleek swagger, confidence and editorial cool.
