Legends live forever and the Air Max 90 is no exception. A timeless running silhouette brought to life in 1990 by Tinker Hatfield, its legacy lives on around the world.

Over the years, it’s been re-imagined, redesigned, and remade; done up in a variety of ways, from all-over graphical treatments to traditional mesh, leather and suede builds. The Air Max 90 once again raises the bar this season, with a design that blends an iconic colorway with modern updates.

The new look maintains recognizable Air Max design language with hits of Infrared where it matters most. The toebox and ankle are both covered in off-white premium suede, creating a new look that still screams classic. Washed denim replaces the typically suede overlays and toecap, while a snakeskin-inspired Swoosh adds another subtle pop.

#sneakerhead : Nike Air Huarache – Black/Uni Red

Experimental, iconic, re-imagined, and reinvented: the Air Huarache Run returns to the spotlight with two new, juxtaposed colorways.

Featuring predominantly black and red tones, both low-cut profiles employ distinct cues from the design language of sandals worn by early South American inhabitants. Updated for performance in the ‘90s, and now again, for present-day comfort when trekking through the streets, the Air Huarache Run continues to evolve as the times change.

With a fit that’s as snug as a waterski boot, a neoprene inner sleeve holds true to Tinker Hatfield’s original Huarache design that took off in 1992. Now, the design is tied together with a contrasting color-blocked heel cage, replicating the exoskeleton structure that made the original Air Huarache Run a staple on and off the track.

“Sometimes, all it takes is a little change to make a big impact – just ask renowned designers Tinker Hatfield and Eric Avar.

With the simple notion that “less is more,” they would go onto change the landscape of basketball and cross-training with the creation of the Air Flight Huarache and Air Trainer Huarache in 1992. Today, both revolutionary designs return to the culture’s forefront, while retaining what made them great.

A hardwood classic, the Air Flight Huarache emits cold tones with a reflective, all-black leather exoskeleton. Inspired by the fit of a waterski boot, a black neoprene inner-sleeve can be seen through mid-foot cutouts, reducing the amount of material while maintaining its structure. A speckled midsole with red accents around the heel and outsole add small punches of color.

Conversely, the Air Trainer Huarache fuses softer materials with a warm, all-red suede design. Mirroring the same cutouts and sole treatments of its counterpart, a red and black neoprene bootie retains its innovative fit. Completing the design, a black forefoot strap delivers the lockdown stability that has made the legendary silhouette one-of-a-kind”
